Workplace giving (also known as employee giving) gives employees an opportunity to donate directly to causes they care about through payroll deductions.
Equality Now has connected with dozens of workplaces to make this process easier for you, but we still recommend checking with your employer to confirm that Equality Now is on your company’s list of approved charities. If your employer doesn’t currently offer the option to contribute through payroll, we can help facilitate the process through employee contribution platforms like Benevity and YourCause.
In addition to payroll deductions, many employers will match or even triple your donations. You can ask your company for more information or search for your employer below.
