urging an Oregon court to preserve hard-won legal protections against FGM\/C and prevent their invalidation. Drawing on decades of expertise and advocacy to prevent FGM\/C and protect survivors\u2019 human rights, the amici provide the Court with information on FGM\/C as a distinct form of gender-based
