uptake, recording the highest internet penetration rate in Africa in 2020, Kenya\u2019s laws are particularly important in protecting users against online sexual exploitation and abuse (OSEA). Among a population of 47.6 million, there are approximately 41.5 million internet subscribers, and those numbers continue to increase.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting of OSEA remains a challenge in Kenya, making
