This submission is jointly made by Equality Now and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WomenLawyersforDevelopment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Women Lawyers for Development<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and the Your Choice Public Foundation. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It provides an update on the implementation of those recommendations and highlights key issues relating to violence against women in Tajikistan, in particular domestic and sexual violence, as well as child and forced marriage.
