access to shelters and reintegration services<\/b>, particularly for survivors of domestic violence and trafficking.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Strengthen the capacity of police and healthcare providers<\/b> through mandatory, trauma-informed training to improve case management and reduce re-traumatisation.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Enhance enforcement of protection orders<\/b> and ensure timely investigations in domestic-violence cases.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Expand community outreach and stigma-reduction initiatives<\/b> to encourage reporting and challenge harmful norms.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Improve coordination among service providers<\/b>, including the Family Protection Unit, Child Development Unit, drop-in centres, and legal-aid
