Developed by Equality Now in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.andhes.org.ar\/\">Andhes<\/a> (Abogados y Abogadas del Noroeste Argentino en Derechos Humanos y Estudios Sociales), <a href=\"https:\/\/cladem.org\/\">CLADEM<\/a> (Comit\u00e9 de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe para la Defensa de los Derechos de las Mujeres) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/fundacionvivirlibres\/\">Fundaci\u00f3n Vivir Libres<\/a>, the report documents structural barriers, discriminatory practices, procedural gaps, failures and advances in survivor support that contribute to impunity and revictimisation, particularly for girls and adolescents. It provides concrete recommendations to strengthen investigations, ensure survivor-centred and child-sensitive justice, improve data systems and align provincial responses with binding human rights obligations. The report forms part of Equality Now\u2019s broader regional strategy to advance consent-based legal reform and effective implementation across Latin America and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n\n
