Strengthening implementation, enhancing survivor services, and improving justice pathways remain essential.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key recommendations:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Increase funding for GBV prevention and response<\/b>, including shelters, investigative capacity of police and prosecutors, and specialised units in rural regions.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Improve prosecution and conviction rates<\/b> through enhanced training for police, prosecutors, and judicial officers on survivor-centred approaches.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ensure consistent enforcement of protection orders<\/b> under the Domestic Violence Act, with clear accountability for non-compliance.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Expand access to justice in remote areas<\/b>, including by strengthening Women and Child Protection Units and mobile service delivery.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Accelerate the enforcement and implementation of pending legislation<\/b>, such as the
