The submission identifies persistent gaps in resources, specialised services, investigations, <a href=\"https:\/\/equalitynow.org\/resource\/briefs\/legislating-on-sexual-violence-with-a-consent-based-approach-in-latin-america-and-the-caribbean\/\">consent-based legislation<\/a>, protection for children and data systems. It calls for evidence-based reforms and stronger implementation of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.impo.com.uy\/bases\/leyes\/19580-2017\"> Law No. 19.580<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n                <\/div>\n
