Henrietta Bankole-Olusina is Vice President, Africa at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (RPA). She leads RPA’s Africa practice, supporting donors – individuals, corporations, and foundations – with advisory, fiscal hosting, and thought leadership services to advance just and equitable economic development, in fulfilment of RPA’s mission in Africa, through philanthropy, grantmaking, and social impact investing.
Previously, she served as Nigeria Program Director on a sponsored project at RPA, working with government and industry stakeholders on financial inclusion reforms. Henrietta was formerly Managing Director of ARM Financial Advisers and was also Head of Group Corporate Transformation and executive responsible for IT at the ARM Group.
At Accenture Nigeria, she led Management Consulting for Financial Services and headed the Payments and Mobility and Finance and Performance Management service lines. She has served as the Chairperson of the Financial Inclusion Channels Working Group and a member of the National Financial Inclusion Technical Committee for the implementation of Nigeria’s Financial Inclusion strategy.
She also served on the Board of Advisors for ARM Digital Financial Services (DFS). She serves as Co-Chair on the Board of Living Goods, a non-profit organisation that partners with governments to empower community health workers with digital tools to deliver lifesaving care in Africa. She is a certified trainer and a Change Management and Balanced Scorecard professional.
She holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Economic Policy from the Maastricht School of Management, Maastricht University, The Netherlands and a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
