Director, Securing Digital Rights

Amanda Manyame joined Equality Now in December 2020. She is now Director, Securing Digital Rights. Amanda works at the intersection of technology and law. She advises and conducts research on digital laws, policies, and human rights, and anticipates the legal risks and harms associated with technological innovation. Amanda has actively worked with civil society organisations, tech companies, and policy influencers to provide an understanding of the different considerations that influence tech policy, laws, and digital rights.
