Our Team

As the Impact Information and Data Officer, Anushka works closely with the Programme Impact Analyst to collect, organise, collate, and present data across campaigns. Her role involves researching and drawing on this data to support evidence of Equality Now’s contribution to outcomes and our work’s impact on the lives of women and girls.

Before joining Equality Now, Anushka was an Operations and Project Manager at entertainment agency YMU Group. Her main responsibilities included assessing, improving and streamlining internal systems and processes to ensure a more efficient working environment.

Anushka studied Popular and World Music at the University of Leeds and has worked in a variety of different industries and settings including fashion, music, entertainment and education. She has a passion for music – listening to and learning about it – and its power to connect and influence people.
