When you fundraise for Equality Now, you’re not just raising money – you’re raising awareness, building community, and sparking change. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or taking on a personal challenge, every dollar you raise helps change unjust laws and amplifies survivors’ voices.
Ways to fundraise:
Create your fundraiser through Equality Now’s website or on Facebook or Instagram.
Charity livestreams are one of the fastest-growing methods of fundraising, giving individuals the opportunity to raise awareness and funds for important causes.
Equality Now partners with Tiltify, a platform that allows you to add a fundraising widget to your gaming or vlogging livestreams. Compatible with Twitch, Facebook Live, and other similar streaming services, you can raise money with the help of your community.
Join us on Safer Internet Day and during the week of International Day of the Girl Child. Email supporters@equalitynow.org for more information.
You can host a workplace fundraising event to raise funds and awareness and increase employee engagement. Fundraiser ideas include in-person happy hours and dress-down days or virtual raffles. We hope you’ll share photos from your event with us at supporters@equalitynow.org or tag us in your posts.
Other ways to support Equality Now through your workplace include workplace giving and employee matches or through an open dialogue with your leadership or charitable giving team. We are always seeking corporate partners to help create meaningful change.
Equality Now is grateful for the ongoing support of Can’t Stop the Serenity, a global network of chapters from Melbourne to Toronto to Rochester, NY that hosts regular screenings of the film Serenity. Since 2006, they have raised both funds and awareness in support of our work.
