Teresa joined Equality Now in 2025, and has been working in the international non-profit industry for 15 years. Prior to joining Equality Now, she worked for 8 years at the School of Leadership, Afghanistan, playing a crucial role in growing the organization’s donor base. Her relational approach to fundraising has helped both the organization and its donor base maximize their impact. She has received her BS from Gordon College and her MSc from the London School of Economics.
In her free time, she loves playing with her three huskies, is an avid hiker, and a lover of reading, but her first love is her family.
