Tools for Justice: Strengthening Sexual Violence Prosecutions

An international expert dialogue for better access to justice

This high-level virtual exchange will bring together justice professionals from different regional and legal contexts to explore practical approaches to strengthening the investigation, prosecution, and adjudication of sexual violence cases. The event will feature three tools developed in Ibero-America, Eurasia, and Africa. Speakers will share experiences from developing and applying these resources, followed by an open dialogue on challenges, opportunities and lessons learned. Participants will have an opportunity to exchange experiences and consider how these tools can be adapted and applied across different legal and institutional contexts to strengthen access to justice for survivors of sexual violence.
