Palestine – Equality Now joint submission to the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women – 70th Session, June 2018

Summary

This joint submission addresses articles 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, and 16 of the convention and encourages the committee to state clearly that the CEDAW treaty applies throughout the territory of the State of Palestine.

The Committee referenced this submission in their Concluding Observations.
