At Equality Now, Anushka is responsible for developing and managing program operations systems, with a focus on improving data collection, consistency, and use across campaign teams. She drives cross-team processes to ensure accurate, meaningful reporting on impact and plays a key role in shaping the organisation’s approach to data-informed decision-making.
Before joining Equality Now, Anushka oversaw operations for two departments at the management agency YMU Group, acting as a link between central services and teams. She focused on streamlining internal systems and fostering stronger collaboration across the organisation.
Anushka studied Music at the University of Leeds and has worked across a range of industries, including fashion, music, entertainment, and education. She has a deep passion for music and values its power to connect people across cultures and experiences.
