Lauren Grubbs joined Equality Now in 2026 as Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships. She brings a decade of experience in international affairs, development, and gender equality, specializing in strategic partnerships and resource mobilization.
Lauren spent five years at the U.S. Agency for International Development managing the growth of the $85M gender equality and technology portfolio facilitating partnerships with organizations such as the Gates Foundation, Microsoft, UPS, and Reliance. She also completed an assignment at the State Department’s Office of Global Women’s Issues covering technology-facilitated gender-based violence issues. Previously, she managed a women’s economic empowerment portfolio on Mercy Corps’ Gender Equality and Social Inclusion team and served as a community development Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine.
